Guests of this home have the option to purchase passes for daily use of the Resort amenities, located within walking distance.

Open-air in design and comfortably decorated, the home has been recently updated and includes king-king-2 queen bedding configuration - ideal for up to 6 guests. A private swimming pool and spa sits just off the spacious lanai and is complete with golf and ocean views yet, private - with jet-black lava and luscious green vegetation providing ample separation with the golf course.

Additional amenities are at your option including grocery delivery, tropical floral arrangements, daily maid service and children's necessities. Enjoy the activities of the Four Seasons Hotel while retreating to your own private home at this award-winning Resort.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, outdoor shower, and Lanai. 
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, and Lanai. 
Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, and Lanai.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received prior to the 60th day before the check-in date, are subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the rental deposit. On the 60th day before the check-in date, the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is cancelled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages and losses caused by such cancellation. If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s).

Very enjoyable great location.

It would be nice if they had more supplies like a hotel does.
Just a basic. There was no coffee, but several coffee makers.
Just the basics, tease, sugar, smooth gloves available. In con Schwab’s Q-tips.

Fantastic 1st time on the Big Island. Great home with a private pool and spa. Coming from the Pacific North West the AC was appreciated. Room Service from the Four Seasons was also a great addition!
