Hualalai Resort Fairway Villa 104D

Comfortable, clean, well-stocked condo in a fantastic location on the resort. Would stay here again without question. Highly recommend.

A fantastic stay in this well-maintained and extremely comfortable villa. We would definitely recommend this villa and will not hesitate to be repeat customers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Fairway Villa! Location was great, property is very well maintained, and the kitchen is well equipped. Furnishings are comfy and the place just has a great vibe. The property manager, Brendan, is very responsive should you need anything. I can't recommend this unit highly enough! My only comment would be the pillows were lumpy. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

We can’t wait to come back. We booked this place again! The condo was so comfortable and updated with all the amenities. I loved the kitchen and making Kona coffee in the morning . We enjoyed both golf carts to use on the property but felt close enough that we could also walk to the hotel. Although the kitchen well stocked we enjoyed eating in all the restaurants on the four seasons property . We could see the sunrise from the master bedroom which was a treat! And the sunset from the deck. Communication with the property manager was easy with prompt replies to my questions. I love Hualalai!

We have been to Hualalai Resort for the last 3 years & plan to be there going forward during the months of February & March. We can't imagine being someplace else for a winter escape.

Beautiful clean place

This house was amazing! We had a distant view of the ocean shoreline and palm trees. Even though it was on a golf course, it felt more like a tropical oasis. The Lana’i was perfect for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot and appliance you could imagine. When the coffee maker wasn’t working, the rental company had a new one to us within hours. The decor and space are beautiful. The location is great-short golf cart ride to two beaches, including the 4 seasons beach. Well located between Waimea and Kona, with Waikoloa resorts and shops fairly close by. The 4 seasons shop had essentials like eggs and milk. One of the nicest places we have stayed! We did not pay the four seasons resort fee and were still able to enjoy the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood pool across the street is beautiful and there was rarely anyone there so we did not miss being able to use the resort pools.

FANTASTIC. The house is beautiful, with lovely furniture and decoration and everything you need. Our contact at Private Homes, Mark, was super responsive and fixed the little issues that came up immediately. Staying at the Four Seasons with all its amenities is great fun.
I will add the service at the Four Seasons isn't what it used to be. (Meals can be incredibly slow, it's hard to schedule activities, etc), but I am hoping it's just the pandemic.

This is a beautiful villa! Mark greeted us helping with our bags and had the place all opened up with the breeze coming through, setting the tone for the entire stay, we immediately relaxed. The welcome basket with fresh Kona coffee was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the morning. We spent most afternoons at the pool, directly across the street from the villa, all by ourselves (during spring break!). The use of two golf carts came in handy going to and from dinner. We will be back and look forward to working with Mark again!

No issues, start to finish, from booking to payments to key pickup to checking out...all good!

We have stayed at this location twice now. It’s a nice condo with dated furnishings and the bedding is in my opinion awful. We said something the first time we stayed even asking for bedding to be sent from the hotel - considered purchasing better sheets and duvets - but opted out of the expense
And inconvenience. We would stay again if other choices not available

Condo was perfectly situated on the resort. Fully equipped - nothing needed.

We stayed at the house with our two boys and loved the place! It is as close to paradise as you can get.

I would appreciate the cable/tv service to contain a sports package.

This was our second stay at Hualalai and both times we stayed in the same set of units (Fairway Villas). These are well located, only minutes from the resort by cart. Both units we've stayed at have been beautiful. This one in particular features upgraded appliances and a full size washer/dryer. It's a second story unit so you do see a distant bit of the ocean from the veranda which is nice.

Of all the Fairway villas this one seems closest to the main resort road, and you probably get a little more road noise. Not a big deal since it's a gated community and there's not a lot of heavy/truck traffic. but something to keep in mind.

All in all a terrific place to stay, especially for a couple with 2 kids.

We had an amazing time, the villa was spacious, luxurious, and setup for living and relaxing. We were a little concerned at being a little way from the resort facilities, but we shouldn't have been - a couple of minutes in the golf buggy, warm breeze and green fairways and you are there!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villa 104D. The property was well equipped (although I would recommend adding shears and a 10-12 inch non-stick pan to the kitchen supplies), clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, indoor and outdoor dining and two golf carts. My husband and I and our daughters loved the Four Seasons resort amenities, great service and wonderful meals. Overall , it was a vacation we would highly recommend to others.

A beautiful villa! Pretty interiors and very spacious. Loved everything about our stay there. Perfect for our family of four. Only side note - We would recommend traveling out of the peak season dates. As a villa renter, you can't sit by the pools (kind of a drag when you have young children you need to supervise) and quite a frenzy to reserve beach chairs....We definitely won't be back during Spring break or any holidays. The Hualalai was too much of a zoo and service was definitely lacking. Again, villa was perfect, our experience at the hotel was not.
