Beautifully updated, this bright, spacious corner end unit offers exceptional privacy and ocean view, while overlooking the third and fourth fairways of the member's Ke'olu Golf Course.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom multi-level layout incorporates the finest materials and design ensuring guests the comfort and serenity they seek while at Hualalai. The Ke Alaula Villas are a "Phase II" project at Hualalai meaning the best of Phase I combined with a number of upgrades including rich mahogany trim throughout, built-in lanai barbecue, lush, tropical landscaping and more.

The villa is located minutes from the AAA 5-Diamond rated Four Seasons Resort Hualalai with world-class amenity facilities. Rental guests have the option to join the Daily Resort Use Program offering a variety of ocean sport activities, challenging golf at the Jack Nicklaus Course, lavish spa treatments, a variety of health and wellness programs and some of the finest oceanfront dining the Big Island has to offer. Two (2) owner golf carts are made available to rental guests for easy Resort access.

The property boasts over 2700 square feet of space on 2 levels. The kitchen, main living & dining and one guest room are upstairs while a spacious primary bedroom, en-suite bath along with a second guest room, bath and family room are downstairs, leading out to a tropically landscaped lawn and garden.

The Primary bath features a Hualalai signature outdoor garden shower and deep soaking tub; kitchen is fully equipped to provide in-home dining; entertainment system includes high definition flat screens and high speed wireless connection throughout the villa.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King Bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Vanity, Bathtub, Shower, and Outdoor Shower
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, Smart TV, Lanai
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - Queen Bed, Smart TV, Lanai

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received prior to the 60th day before the check-in date, are subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the rental deposit. On the 60th day before the check-in date, the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is cancelled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages and losses caused by such cancellation. If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s).

Magical Stay In Hualalai

Our stay in Villa 217A was magical from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We originally booked another home but, due to an issue with the Wifi, we switched to this villa. First, we appreciated the proactive issue identification and flexibility to move to a new home rather than telling us there was no solution. Second, the house with larger which made our kids happy as they didn't have to share a room! The house itself is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners clearly take good care of the home and ensure it is ready for guests. Private Homes Hawaii was a pleasure to work with for every step of the process - we would recommend this company and home to anyone who is seeking a lovely, stress free time in Hawaii!

Hualalai Gem

We have rented several properties at Hualalai over the years and found this one to be well-located, super comfortable and well managed. It is a spacious end unit affording privacy and unobstructed ocean views and a nice sized lanai. The kitchen was well supplied, the unit was immaculately clean when we arrived, the WiFi worked great and the smart TVs were easy to operate. Our property manager was onsite to greet us and was immediately responsive to our requests, and even had a technician out to our unit on Sunday to make some adjustments on the AC system. I would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to returning!

Had a wonderful time at Ke Alaula! It was just like the photos and more. The place is updated, super clean, spacious, everything was working, plenty of linens, kitchen well stocked. Working with Private Homes (Vicki and Chris) was an absolute delight - responds super quick to ANY request! Hoping to rent again soon!!
