This Hualalai Palm Villa is a spectacular three bedroom, three bath, two-story Hualalai villa on popular Waiulu Street at the world renowned Hualalai Resort. The Resort is home to the Four Seasons Hualalai, regarded by many as the #1 Resort in Hawaii. This exclusive Hualalai Villa is on the Four Seasons Hualalai property and just minutes by golf cart from the hotel's front door. Situated on the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Golf Course with ocean views, there is nearly 3000 sq feet of indoor living area, including an open 'great' room upstairs, AND a separate living room downstairs.
This beautiful Four Seasons Hualalai Rental is the perfect set up for the discerning traveler. In addition to a spacious indoors, there are 3 sizable lanai ( including one large covered space) making this one of the largest private villas at the Resort. The oversized downstairs lanai opens to a manicured lawn area, and there's an ocean view terrace on the 2nd floor with either golf course or water views from most rooms. This property has undergone a recent renovation with new flooring, paint, furnishings and artwork done by a top design team. High quality bedding, linens and bathroom amenities make this the ideal place to relax and enjoy luxury offerings as if you were staying at a Four Seasons Villa itself, while having full Hualalai Resort privileges: the best of both worlds!
Spectacular, large view windows and soaring vaulted ceilings give the property extensive natural lighting while the finishes are done with exquisite detail. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything to make yourselves at home. Guest rooms offer King - King and Twin bedding, each with its own luxury bathroom. Flat screen televisions are available in each of the rooms while 2 golf carts provide easy and quick access to the Sports Club & Spa, Hualalai Golf Club, 4 restaurants and the hotel (just 3-4 minutes by cart). Guests of this villa enjoy its prime location and the spaciousness of an open floor plan that still offers many private spots to retreat and relax.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Beautiful Home And Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay at PV140B. The house is beautiful, and perfectly located on the property. We loved being so close to the Golf Hale, and also had options to both walk or cart to the resort. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved being able to cook and meal and enjoy it with a view - whether dining inside or on the balcony. Private Homes was super communicative before our arrival and always available while we were on property. They made registration with the Four Seasons a seamless process. We were just two people, but the house would comfortably host 6 with plenty of room. Don't hesitate - this home is a real gem in Hualalai.

Fun And Fantastic First Family Vacation At The Hualali Villas
We had such a great time with our entire family, including our new 3 month old granddaughter. The villa was a perfect size, 3 bedrooms. 1 master on the bottom floor along with another bedroom for our daughter and her boyfriend. Upstairs on the main floor
off the kitchen was a bedroom big enough for our son, daughter-in-law, and our grandchild. The outdoor areas were perfect for family games. The Villa concierge was very helpful with little things that we needed. Liane, the property manager was exceptional!
Sending us back items we had left behind along with a shipment that was delivered well after our departure.

Beautiful & Spacious Villa
We had a wonderful vacation in this villa. Great kitchen with lots of space for prepping and cooking. Comfortable sitting and eating locations both inside and outside. Two golf carts were very convenient for letting us do our own things when the schedule got full. The location is very close to the hotel and it's services which was very nice as well.

Amazing Place In Hualalai
This home was fantastic. The entire experience from meeting the property manager and being shown around by Mark, to the moment we checked out it was clean, had tons of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc, the home was great. Also, the setting and phenominal views a short walk or golf cart to the ocean was awesome! We will definitely be back.

I spent a week at the villa celebrating my 50th birthday with my friends and it was pure perfection. The villa is beautiful with lovely amenities. It's in a great location to the Four Seasons property- easy golf cart trip, and super close to the members pool and beach too. Easy stroll to members beach for stunning sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked w everything you need to prepare some at home meals. Mark Saito (on site contact) was friendly and helpful, and quick to respond. Chenique was helpful w pre-planning as well. 5 stars all around and hope to visit again in the future.

Great Four Seasons Kona Townhome
This was a great family rental. The townhome has very nice amenities -- a large master suite, a well-appointed kitchen two additional bedrooms and several great areas (both indoor and outdoor) to entertain or just relax. Nice views of the ocean and golf course from the second level. The townhome is a very short golf cart ride to the Four Seasons resort (two carts included with the rental) and very close to the residents' club near the beach with access to canoeing, paddle boarding, snorkeling and more. We can't wait to return!

What a beautiful villa in paradise. It is impeccably decorated with beautiful and comfortable furniture. The two living areas are great for families so the kids can have their own space. It is comfortably elegant with the luxuries of a hotel but the space of a home. We will be back!!

Great Experience With This Villa
Great villa. Super roomy and terrific location. 2 golf carts is a big plus given our kids are often going in opposite directions. Service was perfect. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Good Location At Hualalai
The unit comes fully equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen utensils and supplies like garbage bags and paper goods. The unit was spotless when we moved in and was obviously well cared for. Big for a villa with large BRs, kitchen and common areas. Flat screens in every room and very relaxing decks. Maybe 500 yards to nearest beech (2 minute cart ride). Our only gripe was we felt the light bulbs in the master bath could have been brighter for my wife's make up or my shaving. Minor point. We would recommend PV 140 B.

Big Island Family Vacation
My family of 6 enjoyed a two week stay at this great rental property. We have stayed at the resort many times before and we preferred having the space and kitchen this house provided. The location of this house is ideal for resort access, you can hardly get closer when it comes to the residences. The property management team was very receptive to our needs in a prompt and professional fashion. No outdoor dining option at the time of our visit, but I hear the furniture is just waiting to be assembled, which would be a great addition to the property.
