Hualalai Resort Palm Villa 140C
The spacious floor plan includes a downstairs primary bedroom suite with king bed and luxury spa-like bath. Just off the master is a large living room with queen sized sofa pull out that opens to the downstairs lanai, leading to the lawn and golf course. Guests enjoy the extra space offered by the downstairs retreat. There is also a downstairs twin-bedded guest room (may convert to King upon request) and laundry area. Upstairs leads to the open "Great Room" with soaring high ceilings, commanding views of the golf course and ocean beyond. The additional upstairs guest room also consists of a King-bed configuration and there is a full bath just off the hallway to the bedroom. A second lanai off the living area brings the outdoor in, allowing for open-air, tropical living conditions.
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to enjoy the conveniences of home while this location is just minutes away from the fabulous amenity facilities and restaurants of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Luxury Stay At A Beautiful Villa, Pictures Don't Do Justice!
Our family of 6 loved this place - best location on the island, great snorkeling, plenty of turtles on the beach and in the water and this amazing spotless very spacious villa. We loved it, the best place we ever rented as a family - that was a consensus. We travel a lot and are very picky with accommodations, we couldn't have picked a better spot. Thank you Vickie and Mia and whoever else made this experience so memorable and enjoyable!
Memorable Return To Hualalai
Our family felt right at home returning to this beautiful villa. We were welcomed by the staff at Private Homes Hawai’i, who effortlessly received our grocery delivery and helped us settle into another great vacation at Hualalai. This home has more than enough room for our family of 5 and the 2 golf carts make it easy to scoot around the picturesque grounds of the resort. Mahalo!
Great Vacation Spot
Beautiful villa, great location, wonderful vacation spot. Owners have decorated it beautifully, keep it in really nice condition and the kitchen/laundry rooms are fully stocked. Beautiful view, nice and quiet location, lots of indoor and outdoor furniture and seating areas. Highly recommend!
Piece Of Heaven At Hualali
This was the second time my husband and I have stayed at Hualalai Palm Villa 140C. We love it! We love the view from the balcony, where we look over the 15th fairway/green and have our breakfast and view the ocean as well. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could want. It was immaculately clean and the property manager was delightful and helpful. He met us right at the property and walked us through the place. We love the proximity to the ocean, resort, golf. We walk or cart everywhere easily. Seldom did we get in our car. We can't wait to return.

Palm Villa Paradise
This was our 5th trip to Hualalai with but our first stay at this villa. The villa was immaculate and spacious with a great location, views, and very convenient to head down to the Four Season's property and amenities. The Property Management Team was very professional and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this property to friends looking to share a special experience with their family.
A Piece Of Heaven!
Hualalai is just a special place and we have been coming for years. This specific golf villa is in an excellent location (#15 green on the golf course), clean, modern with plenty of space for a family of 7. We had a fabulous time and thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous villa. We hope to visit again in the future.

Wonderful Property At Four Seasons Hualalai
This is our second stay in a private residence at Hualalai. We preferred this house to the previous one we stayed in nearby. The property was clean and well taken care of. The decor was clutter free and well designed. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we enjoyed our restful vacation here. The patio furniture was ample and comfortable, this was important to us as we like to sit on the patio in the morning and the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and anything that was missing was provided after a quick phone call. The Private Homes Hawaii team was excellent as always. I definitely recommend this property and the management team.
