This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath single-level villa is centrally located on the Resort’s popular Waiulu Street overlooking beautiful Punawai Pond, the 5th Hole of the Member’s Ke`olu Golf Course and the ocean beyond. With 1854 square feet of living space, additional lanai with built-in barbecue, this villa sleeps 4 and is an easy 3-4 minute cart ride to the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club and Four Seasons Hotel. Bedroom configurations include:

Primary Bedroom – King Bed, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities.

Guest Bedroom - 2 Twins, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with combination tub/shower and single vanity.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home with high speed wireless internet access, full size washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with all you need to entertain. One four-person golf cart is included to easily access the Resort amenity facilities.

This villa has been professionally designed providing an upscale, sophisticated, yet comfortable feel.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received prior to the 60th day before the check-in date, are subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the rental deposit. On the 60th day before the check-in date, the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is cancelled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages and losses caused by such cancellation. If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s).

Fricks - 133B Review

Villa 133B was the best rental we've had in the 12 years we have been renting at Hualalai. Very clean, updated, and great view. The Private Homes Hawaii team was excellent as usual.

Fantastic Hualalai Rental!

The villa is ideally located as close as could be to the resort. Comfortable, well appointed villa with plenty of towels and generally very well stocked. Seamless rental experience from beginning to end!

Awesome Spring Break Stay!

We had a great stay. The townhouse is well equipped and comfortable with gorgeous views and in a location that is near the beach, the shops and the restaurants. Perfect for my husband, my son and I. We had a wonderful vacation.
