Hualalai Resort Waiulu 137D
This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath single-level villa is centrally located on the Resort’s popular Waiulu Street overlooking beautiful Punawai Pond, the 5th Hole of the Member’s Ke`olu Golf Course and the ocean beyond. With 2642 square feet of living space and a 414 square foot lanai with built-in barbecue, this villa comfortably sleeps 8 and sits a mere 3-4 minute cart ride to the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club and Four Seasons Hotel.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 Primary - King Bed, TV, En-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, Lanai
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with single vanity, and shower/bathtub combo.
Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds, TV, Ensuite bathroom with single vanity, and shower/bathtub combo.

This villa has been professionally designed providing an upscale, sophisticated, yet comfortable feel.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Hualalai Resort Condo
We had a wonderful stay and it was somewhat of a homecoming. The unit is in a convenient location and we had a wonderful stay. Management took care of any issues in a timely fashion and were very accommodating.
BETTER THAN EXPECTED AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING
truly heaven on earth. this was absolutely way to enjoy the 4 seasons perks w/ a larger family. the golf carts were a great touch too. i think about this place every day since we've been back home. top to bottom 5 stars across the board. property manager(s) were $ as well. i want to move here :)

Lovely condo, with all the amenities of the Four Seasons hotel. The condo worked great for my family. the facilities and the staff at the Four Seasons are absolutely lovely. Very relaxing trip. Happy to go back.
Another Great Stay On Big Island
We had a great time. Property was spectacular and convenience to 4 Seasons was within minutes by walk or golf cart. We have already made plans to return next summer
Great Property; Good Condition
Overall excellent. Liked location. Only negative was Four Seasons treatment and expensive fees for everything. Found that resort fee not required for golf, restaurants, etc just put on credit card. Thus this part is rip off.

Lovely Stay In Spacious & Quiet Villa
Our family enjoyed our stay in villa 137D at Hualalai Resort. The spacious villa was clean and fresh with a generous sized lanai that had views of the golf course. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for our use. It was very easy to work with PHH to book our villa and get all of the necessary information to set up resort amenity privileges. The villa was conveniently located which was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Trading Company and just minutes away if using one the two golf carts provided with the villa. We would definitely consider renting this villa again.
Fabulous Hualalai Villa!
Wow, we had such a great stay in Waiulu 137D!! It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Anything we would have needed was there. Hualalai is my favorite spot on the planet and this villa made the stay even that much better. Private Homes Hawaii was professional and fantastic as always. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back :-)
Wonderful Hualalai Villa...
This was our first visit to Hualalai and we could not have been happier. This unit is decorated in a sophisticated, warm but comfortable manner. Everything was well-stocked. Wonderful kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning as a family. Unit felt very private since it's a corner spot. Very quiet location, no noise from any neighbors. Definitely some golf-course "noise" / mowers etc in the morning, but it didnt' bother us at all. Comes with 2 golf carts that are so easy to commute back & forth to main resort. This unit was also very kid-friendly. I wish we had known it contained a porta-crib, high chair, and was only single story. I rented several items that weren't necessary as it's well-prepped for kids. We look forward to returning soon...
