This private lane provides gated beach access to Kailua Beach - a two mile stretch of fine white sand on one of Oahu's best ocean activity hubs. Enjoy paddling, kite surfing, body boarding and more throughout the year - a veritable water park for ocean enthusiasts.
The layout includes a large, upstairs bedroom suite and bath on it's own floor with separate kitchen and additional 'loft' space, walk-in shower and surrounding mountain and ocean views. Two single rooms are situated toward the front of the home on the ground floor, side by side with shared bath. Two (2) additional guest rooms and shared bath are adjacent to a large, primary room with walk-in closet and ensuite bath - all with easy access to the pool and spa. Bedding configuration is as follows:

A 'bonus" room is located off the poolside lanai and may serve as additional sleeping area if needed. Full size washer dryers (2) are available on site. Ample, outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Fully equipped kitchen includes high quality appliance package, custom Koa cabinetry and everything imaginable for those who love to cook.
Located on the northern side of Kailua Bay, the home is less than a mile to grocery stores and the restaurants of Aikahi Park Shopping Center and less than two miles to the center of Kailua Town that features Whole Foods Grocery and many local shops, beer gardens, wine bars and eateries.
This Property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, LLC and is a legally established rental accommodation that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. Great House In A Great Location
The rental was in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
A Month In Paradise
The home was perfect for our family of 13. The location could not be any better. The children totally enjoyed the pool along with the adults and then the hot tub was a clincher after cooling in the pool. The very short walk to the beach was better then being on the beach it kept you from being salt coated while enjoying the relaxing patio. We had a couple of small issues upon arriving and the property manager Alia quickly took care of them even though it was the 4th of July week end. The welcome basket gave us an excellent sampling of the Island and was most appreciate. The beds were very comfortable along with comments by some on what nice pillows that were provided. The kitchen is, without a doubt totally equipped. I would highly recommend the place and if we go back would get it again.

Very good house. Well appointed. Incredibly close to beautiful beach. The owners did a lot of work on the house before we rented so everything wasn’t ready. There were problems with the pool, especially the spa, but the Property Manager, Alia Chohol, was very attentive and worked hard to solve the problems. If they get the pool working properly, the house is a winner
Island Oasis In Kailua- Two Homes Away From Beach Access
This home was perfect for our family- 2 homes away from the beach access to Kailua beach, heated pool with spa, A/C and room fans throughout the house, with 6 rooms. Plenty of space in the house with lots of room to lounge in the common areas. There are 3 wings to this house- one side of house has 3 rooms, the other side has 2 rooms and there is an upstairs area with one room and a separate living room area. They also provide lots of beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, beach umbrellas, small cooler and sand toys and a wagon to haul stuff. There are also 2 showers on the side of the home so you could minimize getting sand in the house. The home was equipped with everything we needed- we even hosted a few bbqs with our family on the island and things that we didn’t have Alia, our host, provided everything we needed (rice cooker, scissors). We had issues with my husband getting logged into the network (due to high bandwidth needed) and the team at private homes and Alia helped to get the issue resolved quickly. We shared this home with another family and we felt like we had enough space. This home is on a very quiet street with very friendly neighbors. Close to Safeway and Kailua town shops that has lots of restaurants and Target. Note that the upstairs bedroom has a beautiful etched window so if you are not an early riser, the natural morning sunlight maybe bothersome and you should chose another room to sleep in. We have stayed at many homes in Kailua, and this by far was one of our favorites. Recent bathroom Renos and well appointed with newer furniture throughout the house.
