The 3 main bedrooms, living room and dining spaces offer incredible sites of blue seas and skies, while lush landscaping wraps you in privacy and scenery. A large "bonus" room is set up with additional King bed and access to a newly installed private outdoor bathroom. The home has undergone a fresh renovation of kitchen, baths, floors, windows/doors, window coverings, split AC, artwork, furnishings and linens, and is an ideal, comfortable rental for up to 8 guests.

The primary bedroom and en suite bath includes a double sink vanity, soaking tub, shower, HD TV, Apple TV and a comfy sofa for lounging. The guest bath includes a shower stocked with soft designer towels and amenities. From the ocean view front lanai, enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable lounging, lots of privacy and direct beach access. The back lanai offers additional seating, a BBQ and a brand new 9 person Jacuzzi. Conduct your business meetings using the high-speed fiber optic service. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys are all waiting for your enjoyment. Parking is provided for 2 to 3 vehicles, washer and dryer on site and the home is located at the end of a very private, quiet street just a short distance to the center of Kailua Town.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received prior to the 60th day before the check-in date, are subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the rental deposit. On the 60th day before the check-in date, the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is cancelled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages and losses caused by such cancellation. If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s).

Kailua 2025

We had a fabulous time once again.
Great home, great location and great experience!
The house is beautifully furnished and has a wonderful beach house vibe. Well maintained, clean and everything we needed was provided, beach towels, chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards and a well appointed kitchen.
Great communication and easy access to the management company if we had any questions and an infomation package on our arrival with recommendations to restaurants, activities and local events.
We will be sure to return in the future.

Beautiful Kailua

I can’t tell you how my wife and I were so excited to wake up to see the ocean in front of us every morning.
The house is located on one of the best beaches in Hawaii and centrally located to everything you need to do in Kailua.
The house had everything that one could desire from kitchen utensils to beach equipment.
The property manager was very responsive on any questions that we had.
We would definitely come back here to enjoy Kailua.

Lifesaver

We called Lisa about the Pueohala rental about 5 days before we needed it. Due to the current travel restrictions it was available and we are so grateful it was. We stayed about 10 weeks. Our home was being renovated and we needed a safe, nearby rental to get us through the chaos of our temp life. As a family of 2 adults and 2 tweens, we all had more than enough space, room to play in the yard, and plenty of cooking tools to make weeknight meals as well as special meals to celebrate 3 of our family’s 4 birthdays. The access to the beach is second to none. We had privacy and easy access - all with the ability to run back to use the outdoor bathroom when needed. It was wonderful to be able to run back to house for snacks and drinks as well as dry towels etc. The house is beautifully decorated without the overwhelming clutter that exists in many shorter term rentals. That was a huge blessing bc between school starting and the general upheaval of our daily life - we supplied plenty of clutter! I’m so grateful to be back in our home but will ever be grateful to Private Homes Hawaii for saving us when things went a little crazy with repairs and renovations. We appreciate you Lisa!!

Very Nice House, A Perfect Location

Nice size house, everything needed is there, location is great - right in the middle of Kailua beach, but also close to the stores, cafes, etc. The house is clean, air conditioner in every room, a two-car garage, everything you would expect. The only small thing was that the water temperature in the master bath shower is stuck in one position. It's normal, comfortable warm water, but would be better if you could adjust hotter/colder. The second shower is adjustable.

Fantastic beachfront location. Spacious house has been recently remodeled and is fully equipped with all the necessities and beyond. Special mention goes to the kitchen. Home is fitted with cozy and comfortable furniture.
On arrival, We found real fresh orchids in all the rooms and a welcome basket with local coffee, nuts etc. A gesture greatly appreciated.
The property manager (Lisa) really acted as a Host (capital intended!).

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is in a beautiful location - right on the beach. The house is very comfortable with lots of amenities. We felt like we were home!
